'Game With Me' is a kid-safe live events streaming service. The strategy behind GWM was to build a safe space where under 13 kids can join live gaming events with their favourite creators whilst watching live online, a native activity for Gen Z and Gen Alpha. The problem was that currently on YouTube it was not safe and suitable for those under 13s with creators having to use 'Made for Kids' content which effects YouTube algorithm. The solution is Game With Me, where players can safely join events and interact with the stream via the 'Live Interaction' tool by voting with emojis. This also allows brands to, under K-COPPA safety laws, compliantly sponsor events correctly for kids. I was directly involved in the team that did the ideation and setup for GWM making it what it is today.
The GWM Squad stream weekly live gaming events on YouTube where players can join to be part of the fun. The strategy behind our GWM Social Media was to aim communications at parents, to encourage and support the signup process for newcomers. I created short, snappy Instagram Reels and TikToks in support of the marketing strategy. They highlighted the gameplay, safety aspects of GWM and how to join the events
