The Closure of PopJam
SuperAwesome, 2023
PopJam was a kid-safe social media app for under 13 kids owned by SuperAwesome. With 150K monthly active users of loyal creatives and avid players, the content team had the difficult task of announcing the closure of PopJam on the PopJam app in March 2023. I took the lead in designing the content for users informing them about what was happening and what to do next. I also created Instagram posts, Twitter/X posts and a newsletter about the news. Below is some of the content that I produced for the announcement:

This was a strict project that required a lot of thought to convey the correct messaging to users in a heartfelt, sensitive manner. This required lots of strategic planning on how to deliver the correct messaging and the aftercare for players post the news announcement in which I helped with. I sent out the comms about the news to are brand partners in the weekly brand newsletter, seen below:
